Yes. We can coordinate teletherapy services under TEFA for eligible Texas families and ESA for eligible Arizona families, and help you understand the documentation and service format requirements.
2️⃣ Do you offer private pay?
Yes. We coordinate private-pay teletherapy for families who want to get started quickly, prefer flexible scheduling, or are not using TEFA or ESA funding.
3️⃣ Are you a therapy clinic or a staffing company?
We are a staffing coordination company. We connect families with independently licensed therapists and help coordinate scheduling and communication. Services are provided by the independent therapist through teletherapy.

5️⃣ What disciplines can you help coordinate?
We currently coordinate teletherapy services in OT, SLP, and PT, depending on provider availability and state requirements.
6️⃣ Do you offer in-home or community-based sessions?
No. Our homeschool services are online only through teletherapy at this time.
7️⃣ How fast can we get matched?
Timing depends on the discipline, your scheduling needs, and provider availability. Some matches happen quickly, while others may take longer if coverage is limited. We will provide a realistic timeline after your consultation.
8️⃣ What do we need to get started?
To get started, we typically need your child’s grade level, areas of need, preferred days and times, your state (Texas or Arizona), and whether you plan to use TEFA, ESA, or private pay.
9️⃣ Can you coordinate more than one service, such as OT, SLP, and PT?
Yes. When needed, we can coordinate multiple teletherapy disciplines and work to align schedules as closely as possible.
